Genomics Bioinformatician
Design and implement scalable bioinformatics pipelines for whole genome and RNA sequencing analysis in rare disease diagnostics. Analyze complex genomic datasets including SNVs, CNVs, structural variants, mitochondrial variants, and family-based inheritance patterns. Develop cloud-based workflows and reporting solutions that support clinical decision-making. Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and external partners to support translational genomics projects and improve diagnostic efficiency.
Bioinformatician
Developed analytical workflows and computational tools for large-scale genomics initiatives. Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, clinical operations, and research to support national genomics programs. Evaluated and implemented new tools and methodologies, generated technical reports, and contributed to research and product development efforts.
Clinical Bioinformatician
Developed and maintained clinical bioinformatics pipelines and internal databases supporting diagnostic genomics services. Validated pipeline updates, ensured compliance with quality standards, and communicated results to interpretation teams. Delivered training workshops and lectures in clinical bioinformatics and supported workflow improvements for routine genomic analyses.
Bioinformatics Intern & Research Scholar
